A1.The charging port of product does not have waterproof function, and the circuit board is flooded with water. The foolproof function has expired, and it is recommended not to use it again

A2. The cup on the juicer is not installed correctly, please reinstall the cup. During the installation process of the cup, the indicator light flashes blue, indicating that the cup is installed correctly;
